- All creatures have a Bloodied value. Your bloodied value is on-half of your maximum hit points.
- You are bloodied when your current hit points drop to your bloodied value or lower.
- Certain powers, spells, and effects only work against a bloodied enemy, work better against a bloodied enemy, or can only be used when bloodied.
- Temporary hit points don’t count toward your maximum hit points for determining your bloodied value.
